Description
Parsley microgreens are some of the tastiest microgreens I grow. They have a fresh and slightly peppery taste yet with other subtle flavors underneath. They pair well with almost all Italian and tomato-based meals, such as pesto, soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. They also make a beautiful garnish. Parsley microgreens are more nutritious than fully grown parsley and have higher quantities of certain nutrients, such as Vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. A little goes a long way but I’m sure you will find so many ways of including this beautiful and delicious micro herbs into your recipes.
